Flexible packaging for everyday production needs
We print flexible packaging that has to work in the real world, on filling lines, in warehouses and on shop shelves. That means clear artwork, consistent colour and formats that suit the product, the pack size and the way it will be sealed or packed. Our core work includes pouches, sachets and wraps for brands that need a dependable supply and clean finish.
For many businesses, the pack is doing more than holding a product. It has to carry product details, stand up to handling and keep looking tidy from dispatch to the shelf. We help local brands choose the right format and print method for the job, whether the order is for a fresh range or a repeat run with the same artwork.
- Pouches for retail and trade packaging
- Sachets for smaller portions and sample packs
- Wraps for products that need a fitted outer layer
- Short run orders and repeat production
- Artwork prep, proofing and colour matching
Who we serve across South Africa
Our customers are businesses that need printed packaging supplied on time and without fuss. That includes food producers, personal care brands, household goods suppliers and other local manufacturers that rely on consistent packs for daily dispatch. We work with clients in KwaZulu-Natal and further afield, including Durban, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town and Bloemfontein.
Because we are based in Pinetown, we understand the pace of production in and around Durban, as well as the logistics needed to move stock inland and to the coast. Some clients need regular repeat orders, while others need a flexible setup for seasonal demand, new products or packaging updates. Either way, the aim is the same: supply that fits the schedule and the product, not the other way round.
- Local brands needing a reliable packaging supplier
- National businesses sending stock to multiple depots
- Smaller producers building a new range
- Companies needing support with artwork and print setup
How we manage print, proofing and dispatch
Good flexo printing starts long before the press runs. We check artwork, confirm pack details and work through the proofing stage so there are fewer surprises later. Colour matching is handled carefully, especially where brand shades need to stay consistent from one production run to the next. If a pack requires a material change or a different finish, we look at those options early, not after the job is already underway.
Once the job is approved, production, packing and dispatch are coordinated with the order in mind. That matters when clients are planning deliveries into busy distribution centres or arranging stock for several branches at once. In coastal areas we also take account of humidity and handling during storage, because packaging that sits well in the warehouse is easier to move through the supply chain. Small things like this save time and a lot of back and forth.
- Artwork prep and layout checks
- Proofing before production starts
- Colour control for repeat orders
- Material selection based on use and handling
- Dispatch coordination for local and national delivery
